Supervised Exercise Rehab

Rest gets you out of the acute stage. It doesn't stop the problem coming back. That's what this is for.

What Supervised Training Involves

One-on-one exercise sessions in the gym, overseen by your osteopath, not handed off to a generic program. Sessions are built around your injury history, your goals, and what you can actually handle right now, with ongoing review as you progress.

Exercise Programming

If you don't need a supervised gym session every visit, we also build custom training programs designed around your injury history, capacity, and goals, delivered with ongoing review so the program adjusts as you improve.
