Your Osteopath

I'm Joshua Milanes. I've been in clinical practice for 9 years, graduating from RMIT University in 2017. Whether you've come from Brunswick or Coburg itself, every session starts the same way: finding what's actually driving the problem, not just where it hurts.

Why Brunswick Locals Come Up to Coburg

Brunswick and Coburg share the same main road. Sydney Rd doesn't stop at the border between them, and neither does the tram 19 that runs straight through both. If you're anywhere from Barkly Square up to the Brunswick–Coburg line, our clinic at 290-292 Sydney Rd is a short trip north, not a special trek across town.

A lot of what we see from Brunswick patients tracks with the area: cyclists and commuters off the Merri Creek trail with hip and lower back tightness, people working long hours around the Sydney Rd strip with the postural aches that come from standing or sitting all day, and the usual mix of old sports injuries that flare up again in your thirties.

The approach doesn't change based on postcode. We check what's above or below the symptom, not just the sore spot, then build strength once the pain's under control so it's less likely to come straight back.
